The lobby of the hotel is lovely. The location is very close to the termini. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. It was quiet.

We booked a room for 3 persons. Everything was perfect for us. The breakfast had a lot of choices, the room was clean and the staff always kind and helpful. There was a kettle in the room to make coffee or tea. The best thing with this hotel is the location. Very close to bus and metro station and around 10 minutes walking from Termini. We went everywhere by bus and metro. Something that amazed us, was that because we left very early in the morning and we didn't have time for breakfast, they gave us packed biscuits, juice, water etc. It was a very nice gesture and highly appreciated!

Very professional staff, room equipment, possibility to store luggage after check-out from the hotel, continental breakfast (but a little bit boring).

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect, 5 minute walk to termini. Basic hotel, but clean. We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel, as first time. However, there is a shuttle bus from Campino airport to Termini station, €6 - would highly recommend.

Hotel is close to the Termini station, it’s walkable. Breakfast was good. The reception was helpful. We needed to checkout early and they gave us breakfast in a bag.

The staff at Villa Franca were very welcoming. We arrived very early in the morning and they were kind enough to keep our luggage until check-in time. The outside of the building and lobby is very unassuming but the room was spacious and well kept. It was a very comfortable stay with lovely beds. Very good value for money.

Location: after having walked from Termini in the middle of the night with a child and a grandma, Via Villafranca felt like a safe haven and the hotel felt like an oasis. The facade has style. The floors and the room were nice. The personnel were friendly. There is a great reasonably priced and good-humored pizzeria (with pasta etc. too) on the other side of the street.

Very warm place and the room was quite comfortable, regarding the space and the cleaning! The receptionists were very kind and helpful!! The breakfast had many choices for every stomach!! The location was also very good. Castro pretorio metro station at a distance of 3 minutes on foot!! We will certainly stay again! Definitely recommended 👌
